A repower is usually the cheaper way to get a boat that runs like new. If your hull is sound and the layout still fits how you fish, a new Suzuki gives you better fuel economy, easy starts, and stronger resale, without the cost of a new center console.
If your current motor has another good season in it, we’ll tell you. Some boats come in for a repower quote and leave with a tune-up instead. You’ll always get a straight answer before any work starts.
Repower pricing comes down to four things: the motor, full rigging (controls, cables, harness, steering), gauges or displays, and labor. We quote all four as one number so you’re not guessing. A single-engine job costs a fraction of a new boat, and every Suzuki outboard carries a 5-year factory warranty at no extra charge, one of the best in the business.

Suzuki four strokes are built for better fuel efficiency, quiet operation, and long-term reliability. The lean burn fuel system trims consumption at cruise, so a run down the Bay costs less than it did on the old motor. For most center consoles, a repower means more time on the water and fewer trips to the shop.
Suzuki repowers run out of our original shop at 14879 George Washington Memorial Highway, Saluda, VA 23149, right on Route 17. We stock genuine Suzuki parts and our techs have rigged these motors for decades.

Buz G. Very Honest. They will not fix it unless you brought it to them to fix. Make sure you ask them to inspect and advise on other obvious needs while your boat is in their shop like replacing hoses, filters, gas line bulbs and other obviously worn out parts.
